Sarah and Kelly dig out an underused tool in yoga practice: the humble block! Often cast aside as soon as we become flexible enough to touch our toes unaided, blocks are usually considered a prop designed to make asanas easier. You might even think you're 'copping out' if you use them!
In reality, blocks are a wonderful tool to augment our practice and we could all do with having a pair on hand, even if we're experienced practitioners or hyperflexible. Sarah and Kelly discuss how and why blocks are so useful.
