Too often, those of us who work as teachers or creatives find that the lines blur between work and personal time. We used to do yoga for self-care, and now we teach it. Or we used to paint for fun, and now we sell artwork. Suddenly, when you try to engage in your own yoga practice, you find it feels like work instead of self-care, so you stop doing it, and perhaps you wonder if this makes you an unauthentic teacher.
